We at Berry Jane want you to have a comfortable time shopping with us online so if you for any reason believe the merchandise you received was not right for you we will gladly accept it back, as long as it follows our Return and Exchange policy. Please remember that our Return and Exchange Policy described below apply only to online purchases made through www.berryjane.com
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Sale Items" are FINAL SALE and therefore cannot be returned for exchange, Berry Bucks, credits or refunds.
All returns are accepted within 30 days from the shipped date. Merchandise must be unworn, in original condition, with price tags intact and it must include the original invoice in order to receive a refund, Berry Bucks credits or exchange.
All returns past 30 days will not be accepted and will become a FINAL SALE.

Earning BERRY BUCKS
For every $15 spent at BerryJane.com, you will receive $1 worth of BERRY BUCKS.
Refund on merchandise bought with Berry Bucks are as follows: Purchases made with Berry Bucks are NON-REFUNDABLE. When you purchase your merchandise 30% with Berry Bucks and 70% with your credit card, your refund will be credited back on your credit card less the Berry Bucks used.
If you purchase 4 items for $100 in merchandise and used $5 in Berry Bucks ($100 - $5 Berry Bucks= $95 total charged), then you returned two items back worth $50 for a refund.
Your refund will follow $50 less $5 in Berry Bucks for a total of $45 refund.
Refund : Return amount - Full amount of Berry Bucks used = Total Refund
Redeeming BERRY BUCKS
BERRY BUCKS are available for redemption after your order has been shipped. You may redeem your BERRY BUCKS by logging into your account and clicking on the "My Loyalty Rewards" link.
Details and Limitations
Your refund will be provided in the form of the tender in which your purchase was originally made. If you used a credit card, your total return amount will be credited back to your credit card as a refund.
Please mail in your returns
We cannot accept returns for online purchases at our manufacturing facility and/or storefront. Please pack and seal your returns securely and include the original invoice and return form.

Damaged or Merchandise Inaccuracy
Any items that were defective or the merchandise you received was incorrect from your original invoice may be exchanged.
Check off the appropriate box from your invoice and explain briefly why you are returning the merchandise to us.
Your shipping cost will be reimbursed to your credit card and we will gladly replace your merchandise.
The shipping costs to send back your correct order will be on us!
For all merchandise that is returned to our customers for exchange will be sent UPS ground mail when we return your order, not the actual amount you spent. If your item is out of stock then we will refund the amount back in the manner it was purchased.
For refunds, Berry Bucks credit or exchanges purchased online please send by mail to the address provided. You will be responsible for the postage of returning the merchandise to us and your original shipping charges are not refundable. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your credit card to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Return & Exchange
We will only exchange different sizes for the same item and color. Please indicate on the return form by writing, which items are to be exchanged. Once Berry Jane receives your return back for an exchange we will check our inventory to fulfill the exchange request.
If your item is sold out, your exchange will become a return and we will provide a refund in the form of the tender in which your purchase was originally made.
Undeliverable Orders / Corrections to Shipping
Berry Jane will impose a $10 fee for any undeliverable order and corrections to shipping addresses caused by customer error. Undeliverable orders include not being able to sign for an order that comes by our shipper, misspelled shipping addresses, or any fault of the customer causing Berry Jane shipper not being able to complete the delivery of the order.
NOTE: We recommend using a tracking method when shipping back merchandise.
