1. The United States Postal Service (USPS). Your choices are First Class Mail
(3-5 business days) or Priority Mail (2-4 business days) or Express Mail. Options vary
based on weight, size, value and destination of shipment. You will see options for them as
you proceed with your checkout. Please note our USPS shipping methods:
USPS does not deliver on Sunday or Holidays and Saturday in some areas.
Ships to: PO Boxes, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Virgin Island, Northern Marianas,

PRIORITY: delivery in 3-4 business days

Delivery to APARTMENTS: An adult signature is required. You may request for package
to be left at the office.
UPS GROUND: Allow 6-10 days for package to arrive. We will not guarantee delivery date.
2 DAY: delivery by 8:00 pm on the second weekday, guaranteed by UPS. Excluding Saturday
and Sunday and some Holidays.
Tracking numbers will be automatically emailed to you after package ships. Allow your full
amount of shipping days before emailing for an update. Our sales staff may not have access
to this information for approx. 3-5 days.

International Orders (Outside United States)We ship worldwide and international shipping methods and rate depends on destination country.
Our goal is to offer you lowest cost, reliable service and choices of service in case you need
it urgently. Available options using United States Postal Service:
Priority Mail International (no tracking) – 6-10 business days.
Express mail (with tracking) - 3-5 business days.The delivery time mentioned above is quoted as a best case example; however, sometimes
the shipments may be delayed due to customs processing in the destination country or some
other unforeseen reason. When you place your order, please allow plenty of time for delivery
Please note for international orders shipping via USPS:Allow up to 21 business days to arrive. Delivery date will be determined by your shipping
method and/or country. Parcels are shipped using the U.S. Postal Service only.
INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY is our recommended method for shipping internationally.
However, if you prefer your order to arrive faster, we can arrange for INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS
SHIPPING. This charge cannot be confirmed until the products are ready to ship. If you prefer
one method over the other, you are welcome to make this request in the Comments/Message
Box on the order if you also agree to any additional funds to be charged to your credit card.
Customs may stop your parcel for inspection, according to your country's rules and regulations.
Allow up to 60 days for all parcels to arrive.
Duty, taxes and brokerage fees, etc. may be assessed by your country once your package arrives.
Payable before delivery will be made.

If your package does not arrive by the 21st week day, the U.S. postal service will only allow up to
90 days from ship date to file damage or missing parcel claim. Neither BerryJane.com nor the
U.S. Postal Service will honor any refund and/or replacements after this date.

Required Addressing: The full address should be typed or legibly written in English using
Latin alphabet characters and Arabic numerals. An address in a foreign language is permitted
if the names of the city, province, and the country are also indicated in English. The last line of
the address block area must show only the country name, written in full (no abbreviations) and
in capital letters. Items sent to general delivery must show the addressee's name and the
endorsement "Poste Restante" (French for general delivery). Foreign postal codes (numeric or
alpha), if used, should be placed on the line above the destination country as shown below.

Line 3: Postal Code, if used, City, and Province or State

DAMAGED ITEMS by USPS (the Post Office)
Please be advised that sometimes items get damaged in transit. We at BerryJane.com will do
everything in our power to package items carefully. Should your parcel get damaged during
delivery, it will become the responsibility of the U.S. Post Office to cover all damage payments.
Report damage immediately in writing by email. Damage claim may take 15-30 days to complete.
No replacement will be shipped.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Returns damaged item(s) to the shipping carton and keep all materials until refund has been
received. BerryJane.com will file the damage claim for you and send it to our local post office
for review. The U.S. Postal Service will notify you. At this time take everything to your local
Post Office for inspection. Your Post Master will be responsible for your refund. This may be
done on the spot or mailed to you.

DAMAGED ITEMS by UPS
Please be advised that some items damaged in transit. We at BerryJane.com will do
everything in our power to package items carefully. Should your parcel get damaged
during delivery, our contract agreement with the shipper allows for them to re-box your
products and delivery them to you. If damage does occur it will become the responsibility
of the shipper to cover all damage payments. Report damage immediately in writing by email.
Damage claim may take 8-10 week days to complete. No replacement will be shipped.

Holidays or weather related conditions. It is the shipper’s responsibility to issue you a refund.
Only shipping charges will be refunded less handling and postage fees. Please allow 5-21 week
days to complete. Should your package arrive late and you wish to accept the delivery you will only be entitled to
delivery charges less handling fees and delivery fees. Should your package arrive late and you
refuse the delivery a refund will be issued less insurance fees once package is returned to
BerryJane.com, Inc. by the shipper.
